Ok, so if you remember, last year the Grinch was a bad boy in our Township.   He was eventually taken into custody and went through extensive anger management and holiday cheer classes as his rehabilitation.  

Unfortunately,  we have received reports last night from residents that the Grinch is back in town and, he may have been seen rummaging through some garbage cans.  This picture was taken last night on East Baltimore Pike in the 600 block. Although, at this time, he is not wanted for any crimes, we ask you to keep your eye out and send us pictures if you see him around town.  We have to keep our eye on him.
