ITEMS  NEEDED  FOR  PEDDLING/SOLICITING  PERMIT

1.  The completed application

2.  $100.00 fee for each person soliciting – payment upon receipt of application(s).

3.  A copy of a driver’s license for each person soliciting.

4. Criminal Background Check(s) need to be provided.

5.  Tax ID # and, if applicable, a health inspection form.

6.  A copy of the registration and insurance of the vehicle(s) being used.

*You Must  have  everything  complete before the Chief of Police can approve the application, which might take a couple of business days. 

**The permit is valid for one calendar year.

***An issued permit MUST be in possession of each person soliciting or a citation will be issued.
