Nature of Incident:   Retail Theft

Date and Time:   March 21, 2023 @ 15:35hrs

On March 21, 2023, the Nether Providence Township Police Department responded to the ACME Market, located at 527 E. Baltimore Pk. in the Media section of the township, for a report of a retail theft.  Taken from the ACME were two (2) twelve (12) packs of Red Bull Energy Drinks totaling $46.62.

Video surveillance footage of the theft shows a white male,approximately 5’8, 150lbs, short black hair with facial hair wearing a black coat, blue jeans, blue and white sneakers, and sunglasses enter the store and take the Red Bull without paying prior to exiting the store.  The male was last seen walking through the parking lot of the Acme towards Beatty Rd.
