The Upland Borough Police Department is proud to announce that it has been awarded the FBI-LEEDA Agency Trilogy Award, a distinguished recognition of the department’s commitment to excellence in law enforcement leadership.
The award is presented to agencies whose entire command staff successfully completes the FBI-LEEDA Trilogy Education Series, a comprehensive program designed to advance leadership, supervisory, and command-level skills within the law enforcement profession.
