UPD Bike Patrol Officers provide the same amount of law enforcement as an Officer in a patrol cruiser, however at times allows for quicker response time, and provides higher visibility. The patrol bikes are fully marked and equipped with special halogen lights, sirens and rear saddlebags for equipment relating to individual officers assignment.
