On January 14, 2023 at 0250 hours, Anti Crime Unit Officer Spencer Ellers observed a red Chevrolet Impala known to him to be in possession of illegal firearms.  Officer Ellers attempted to stop the vehicle for vehicle code violations and the vehicle fled at a high rate of speed.  Ellers along with assisting agencies were able to stop the vehicle in the area of Bunting Avenue and Route 291 in The City of Chester.

As a result of the above, Ellers sought and was granted a search warrant for the vehicle.  The search warrant was executed on January 16, 2023 and resulted in the seizure of over 2270 grams of marijuana, United States currency, packaging materials, scales and other narcotic paraphernalia.

Arrested was 20 year old Maurice Hall of Harshaw Rd in Chester Township for possession with intent to deliver narcotics and related charges.
