The Delaware County Municipal Police Accountability Coalition (MPAC)recently released a Transparency Scorecard ranking county police departments.  Upland Borough ranked 5th out of 41 municipalities.  The Chester Spirt quoted MPAC saying "Upper Providence, Haverford, Nether Providence, Radnor, Upland and Marple were among the top scorers"

Chief Irey stated the following; "The Upland Borough Police Department strives everyday to be accountable and transparent in our dealings with those whom we contact and for these efforts to be noticed in even the smallest of ways is a testament to the hard work of the men and women of the agency as well as the municipal leadership who supports us daily in these efforts".
