It is with profound sadness that The Upland Borough Police Department announces the passing of Councilman Richard "Dick" McClintock on Sunday November 6, 2022.  Mr. McClintock was a well known figure in Upland Borough having served his beloved community in various roles to include Police Officer, Mayor, Councilman and most recently serving as the Chairman of the Public Safety Committee.

Mr. McClintock, a United States Army veteran,  was a wealth of knowledge on so many topics and was always a favorite of the officers including K9 Halo whom he never forgot to provide snacks for when he would stop by the police department.  

We ask for continued prayers for the family of Mr. McClintock especially his wife Betty.
