Compliment & Complaint Forms Added To The Website

Compliment and Complaint forms have recently been added to our website.  The documents are located under the forms tab and are forwarded directly to administrative staff where they are then handled appropriately within the agency.

The compliment forms are reviewed so that officers can be recognized appropriately for a job well done.  The complaint forms are sent for review as part of our departments internal affairs procedures and are followed up by a supervisor for investigation.  The forms are part of our efforts to be forthright and transparent with those whom we serve and will make it easier for the publics voice to be heard and appropriately addressed.
