The men and women of The Upland Borough Police Department want to thank The Chester Upland School District for honoring our agency with a recognition award today during the CUSD convocation ceremony.

The relationships we have with the students and staff whom we serve daily is a testament to the word "community" and we look forward to continuing this long standing tradition of working as one for the betterment of all.
