Upland Borough Police Department to participate in the Click-it-or-Ticket Passenger Safety Enforcement Mobilization

The Upland Borough Police Department, today announced joint seat belt and impaired driving enforcement activities as part of the National “Click It or Ticket” Seat Belt Enforcement Mobilization. The joint mobilization will be conducted November 11 through December 1.

Drivers and front-seat passengers 18 years-old or older are also required to buckle up. If motorists are stopped for a traffic violation and are not wearing their seat belt, they can receive a second ticket and second fine.
