On December 23, 2023 Upland Borough Police responded to 803 A Mulberry Street, Upland, Delaware County, PA for a report of a shooting.  Upon arrival it was learned from victims that they had arrived at the residence in order to pick up belongings after one of the victims moved out of the residence the week prior.  While on location, a physical altercation ensued at which time the actor entered the residence, retrieved a firearm and fired upon the victim's vehicle as they fled north on Mulberry Street, striking the vehicle several times.

The actor, identified as Okorya Martel CRAIG-DILL, 31, of the 800 block of Mulberry Street fled the area in a Black Ford Edge bearing PA Registration MCG1175.

An arrest warrant was sought and issued for the defendant who should be considered armed and dangerous.  DO NOT APPROACH THE SUBJECT; CALL 911 IF SUBJECT IS LOCATED
