🧡🖤We had a blast hosting Loomis Elementary School today for the annual 3rd grade field trip! The kids learned about local government and even ran their own board meeting. Of course, no trip to the police station is complete without a tour of the cell block (thank you Officers Dan Connon, Ricky Dempsey, and TJ Reynolds for the guide work). For the first time ever (nearly 25 years) Township of Marple 4th Ward Commissioner John Lucas was unable to play host, but he handed the baton to 5th Ward Commissioner George Downs who did a great job and loved every minute of it 💙💛! Thank you to Mrs Henry, Mrs DeFronzo, and Miss Torreson for sharing your respectful, inquisitive, and bright kids!
