To help you fulfill this act of kindness and respect, ELPD has purchased and installed TWO brand new Radar Speed Signs to remind drivers of what their vehicle speed is. If these don't help you well enough, no worries, we got you covered! For your convenience, there will be professional police officers on hand to issue very expensive PA State Traffic Citations as another reminder. You're welcome.
