Due to recent complaints from residents the Darby Township Police Department would like to remind everyone that the Township of Darby does have a ban on the use/ possession of all gel-blaster guns, more commonly referred to as Orbeez guns, within the Township.

Violation of said Ordinance will result in the confiscation of gel-blaster(s) as well as a fine up to $500.
