The Darby Township Police Sunshine Club is a charitable organization that has been in existence since the 1990s. It is funded primarily by the officers of the Darby Township Police Department in addition to donations received from local businesses, community organizations, and private citizens.

The Darby Township Police Sunshine Club is active in giving back to our community. Every year, the organization is able to provide holiday dinners to our senior residents at the Studevan Apartments, provide continued support to local churches in their food pantries, participate in the annual Toys for Tots drive, and donate to other charitable and community organizations with which our values and mission align with.
