Darby Township Police Sunshine Club Makes Donation To Brae's Fin Club

On Thursday, February 23, 2023 members of the Darby Township Police Sunshine Club were happy to present Brae’s Fin Club with a $1,000.00 donation. Brae’s Fin Club was created by a Darby Township family whose little girl, Braelynn, was diagnosed with fibular hemimelia, a rare condition in which a child is born with a short or missing fibula. As a result of this condition, Braelynn will need to have part of her leg amputated. Brae’s Fin Club was established to assist the family with medical costs related to that procedure.
