The Upper Chichester Township Police Department is seeking assistance with the identification of a theft/loitering and prowling at night suspect.

A Township resident called the UCTPD to report an orange Huffy beach cruiser bicycle was taken from the rear of their property. A neighbor's security captured the theft in progress at 12:57 am that date. The actor, a B/M, is captured not only taking the bicycle, but is seen prowling around the neighboring residence. Not seen in the video capture is a dark colored backpack worn by the actor. It is believed that the actor frequents the Linwood area; specifically the area of the Wawa and the Seafood Connection.
