The Sharon Hill Borough Police Department  announces the arrest of 20 year old Jermil Boyer and 21 year old Muhnir Bey-Stockton both Philadelphia PA. Both are charged with first degree murder and other related offenses stemming from a homicide that took place on Sunday July 24^th 2022 in the Unit block of High Street.

On Sunday July 24^th 2022 the Sharon Hill Borough Police Department responded to the Unit block of High Street for shots fired. Patrol Officers arrived on scene and located a crime scene in the roadway. Officers located a male in a nearby alleyway later identified as 23 year old Tymir Randall of Philadelphia suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, Randall was pronounced dead at the scene.  

The alleged driver of the getaway vehicle Safia Craig-Ash-Shaheed was charged on Thursday December 22^nd 2022 and was apprehended on Monday December 20^th 2022; Craig is currently in George Hill Correctional Facility and awaits trial.  

After an extensive investigation Boyer and Bey-Stockston were charged for their roles in the homicide on Monday September 30^th 2024.

A Preliminary hearing was held on Wednesday January 29^th 2025 and the Honorable Judge Tami Forbes held all charges for court.
