UPDATE: Found Dog REUNITED - 600 Block Williamsburg

UPDATE - The dog was reunited with its owner.  

This scared boy was found in the 600 block of Williamsburg Drive! He has a leash and collar.  If you know the owner, please call 911 (don't worry, Delco 911 is for non-emergency calls too!)
