Congratulations to one of MTPD's finest, now one of St. Petersburg Police Department's finest! Officer Dave Lerro was officially sworn in this morning with some old colleagues by his side. Officer Matt Smith, Officer Austin Gallagher, and Sgt Steve Benecke (L-R) made the trip and represented! We've been assured that this trip was all about Dave and had (almost) nothing to do with Philadelphia Phillies ⚾️, or the 🏝, or the ☀️....
