On February 5, 2021 at approximately 23:30 hours, Officer Gallagher observed a vehicle commit multiple Pennsylvania vehicle code violations. A vehicle stop was subsequently conducted and contact was made with the operator, Albert Hyde, along with an adult and child passenger. During Officer Gallagher's interaction with Hyde, Hyde displayed signs of impairment. Officer Gallagher administered a series of Standardized Field Sobreity Tests (SFST), during which Hyde continued to show signs of impairment. Hyde was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence, endangering the welfare of a child, and associated vehicle code violations.
