On July 29th, 2024, at approximately 12:56am, the Defendant, identified as Brandon L. MACDONALD made the decision to walk out of the store (WAWA), with items (1 bottle of glacier Gatorade, 1 Monster energy drink, 1 double soft pretzel & 1 Philadelphia Inquirer newspaper) that he had not paid for.  When he was confronted by employees, he responded to them, "put it on the cop's tab."

Police located MACDONALD less than 50 yards north of the store as he consumed his bounty.  MACDONALD is being charged by summons and will have his day in court for yet another slew of theft charges in his dossier of criminal history.
