On January 26, 2023, Anthony Dwayn Waters, Jr. was taken into custody due to an active arrest warrant for sexual assault and related offenses . The original incident in which these criminal charges were filed occurred in Darby Township in June of 2021.
Waters, Jr. was arraigned by the Honorable District Judge K. Williams and bail was set at 10% of $25,000.00 The preliminary hearing for this case is scheduled for February 7, 2023 in front of the Honorable District Judge S. Sandone.
