Jeremiah Cottman has been successfully located in Philadelphia and is currently undergoing evaluation at Children's Hospital in Philadelphia. Jeremiah is in the custody of CYS. This successful outcome was made possible through collaborative efforts of CYS worker Jessica Weld, Chester City Detectives, Detective Captain El'Lan Morgan, Detective Robert Ticknor, Cpl/Detective Kevin Schieler, Cpl/Detective Astrid Cottrell, Delaware County CID Detectives, Sgt. Steve Banner, Detective James Simpkins, US Marshal Myers, and the Philadelphia Police Department's 18th District, Officers Harmon, Bernard, and Rodriquez.
