This morning , detectives from Chester City, CID and Philadelphia Police Department responded to 4040 Spruce St in Philadelphia as part of the ongoing investigation into the missing 2-year-old Jeremiah Cottman. Investigators have reason to believe that Jeremiah resided at this address with his grandparents , Ashley Ferguson and Roger Montgomery in recent times. Despite efforts, Jeremiah and his grandparents remain unlocated.
